2025 Guideline Governance Group
The 2025 Guideline Governance Group (GGG) has been established by NPIAP/EPUAP/PPPIA. The GGG is being led by Professor Janet Cuddigan (NPIAP) and includes four representatives from each Member Organization, a Consumer representative and a Methodologist.

2025 Associate Organizations
The NPIAP/EPUAP/PPPIA are delighted to collaborate with like-minded wound organizations in the development of the 2025 International Guideline. We welcome representatives of these organizations onto the Guideline Development Team as participants in Panel Groups.

2025 Methodology
The methodology for the 2025 Guideline will closely follow the GRADE methodology and principles. The methodology has been developed apriori.

Involvement in the 2025 Guideline
Panel Groups (wound experts)
The NPIAP/EPUAP/PPPIA highly value contribution of wound experts to the Guideline development. Over 240 wound experts from around the world have been offered opportunities on Panel Groups.
Panel Groups for Patients and Informal Carers
The Guideline Governance Group is seeking contribution from patients/informal carers via a Panel Group similar to the wound expert Panel Groups (see infographic above). The Expression of Interest process is 2024. You can register your interest in this role by sending an email now! Click on the button to respond!
Stakeholders
The NPIAP/EPUAP/PPPIA highly valued contribution of people who have reviewed previous Guideline editions.We maintains a stakeholder mailing list for information on ongoing Guideline development.
2025 Guideline Development
Work has commenced on the Fourth Edition of the International Pressure Ulcer/Injury Guideline with an anticipated publication date of Feb/March 2025.
